What You’ll Do   

As a Technology Talent Acquisition Partner, you’ll play a critical role in shaping Telstra’s future by hiring exceptional tech talent. Your day-to-day will include:   

• Managing the end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles  

• Sourcing and engaging top talent through creative strategies, including social media, networking, and referrals.   

• Partnering with hiring managers to deliver a seamless and impactful recruitment experience.   

• Assessing candidates' technical skills and capabilities to ensure the perfect fit.   

• Building and maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future needs.   

• Staying ahead of industry trends and salary benchmarks to consult effectively.   

• Leveraging tools and technology to create a smooth experience for candidates and stakeholders.   

What We’re Looking For   

We’re seeking a passionate recruiter with a knack for finding and engaging technical talent. You’ll be curious, question the status quo and enjoy developing relationships with talent pipelines and hiring managers alike. Tech is fast moving and you love being at the forefront, staying up to date with market trends and insights to enable you to deliver great work for candidates and stakeholders. 

You’ll have:   

• Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment for technical roles within a large scale complex organisation 

• Expertise in sourcing strategies and knowledge of the tech market landscape.   

• Effective communication skills, with the ability to influence and build trust with stakeholders.  

• A collaborative mindset, ready to partner with hiring managers and deliver outstanding results. 

• Experience with Workday is an advantage but not mandatory.
