As IT Product owner for G&A Finance solutions, you will be responsible for delivering the company's most important projects to drive our strong top-line growth. You thrive on cross-functional collaboration and are excited to partner with business operations & leadership. You are a leader with a focus on building and managing consultative relationships with business stakeholders. You are also a hands-on subject matter expert capable of influencing various stakeholders to deliver technology solutions to complex business issues. You evaluate things holistically and think through the objectives, impacts, best practices, and what will be simple and scalable.

What you will do:

Responsibilities will include business engagement, project delivery, and providing functional expertise in identifying, evaluating, and implementing processes and procedures to help solve complex business problems.

  • Proactively bring leadership thoughts, processes, and vision to each of the business functions; engage with the business teams to fully appreciate their challenges to proactively offer solution ideas in real-time.
  • Work with Business owners to fully define business requirements and stories along with acceptance criteria that remove ambiguity and ensure predictable agile delivery.
  • Build and execute the Business Applications Finance multi-year roadmap, maintain and prioritize product backlog, work with the engineering teams to deliver the roadmap in an agile model.
  • Meet with decision-makers, systems owners, and end-users to define business needs and requirements, and systems goals.
  • Coach and lead a team of self-driven business analysts/ product managers to deliver across the portfolio.
  • Maintain a modern applications portfolio and constantly keep aware of industry trends with an eye to continuous business evolution.
  • Develop a deep understanding of Intapp’s customer base and their needs.
  • Define the success metrics and ensure that the necessary reporting and monitoring capabilities to track those metrics are built.
  • Work closely with business teams to understand current and future requirements; suggest solutions and alternatives - Transform business processes through technology.

What you will need:

  • Minimum of 10 years in Product Management, Business Engagement, and Program Delivery with 5+ years in a leadership role. 
  • Deep knowledge of industry standard SAAS applications: NetSuite, Billing Applications, Open Air, and some knowledge of end to end finance integrations with other upstream and downstream systems like CRM (Salesforce), Planning tools (Adaptive, Anaplan, etc.), Integration platforms (Boomi) and Data warehouse, reporting tools.
  • Flexible and adaptable regarding learning and understanding new technologies.
  • Customer-focused, able to segment customer needs based on differentiators such as geography, market segment, cultural and regulatory needs etc. and build product features to address them.
  • Risk-taker, willing to push the envelope, fail fast and learn from mistakes
  • Biased for action.
  • Excellent presentation skills and the proven ability to influence and communicate effectively.
  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration or similar, Master’s or MBA preferred.

For California based roles, Base Pay Range is $180,000- 215,000/yr .  Your actual base salary will be determined by factors such as relevant experience, geographic location, and internal equity.  In addition to base salary, variable compensation and equity may also be included
