In this pivotal role, The Director, Corporate Finance will partner closely with the CFO and leaders from FP&A, Accounting, Tax, and Treasury to lead financial forecasting and planning efforts across the company. As the key liaison between regional, product, and shared services finance teams, you’ll drive the company-wide forecast, oversee financial statements, and manage the critical analysis of actual results and future projections. You’ll be responsible for consolidating long-range revenue and EPS projections, preparing executive-level reports, and providing critical support for 10-Qs and 10-Ks. This is a strategic leadership role where your ability to communicate complex financial insights and manage relationships with key stakeholders will be essential.

Role Responsibilities

  • Serve as the key liaison for communication and coordination with regional, product, and shared services finance teams, Accounting, Tax, and Treasury.

  • Lead the company-wide forecast, planning, and estimate processes.

  • Oversee forecasting of all financial statements, including the Income Statement, Statement of Cash Flow, and Balance Sheet.

  • Prepare and present board and executive management presentations and reporting.

  • Manage month-end close processes, including the preparation of forecast and plan reporting packages.

  • Drive the consolidation of long-range revenue projections, risk and opportunity schedules, and the critical analysis of actual results and future forecasts.

  • Support MD&A for 10-Q and 10-K filings.

  • Coordinate the finance calendar and direct finance teams on loading schedules and timelines.

  • Lead the calculation and review of actual and forecasted currency and inflation impacts.

  • Develop and mentor a high-performing finance team as part of the company’s talent management strategy.

  • Identify and communicate complex business issues, providing actionable insights to executive management.

  • Lead and develop the FP&A team, fostering skill growth and capability building as part of the Finance talent management strategy.

Role Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.

  • Experience in multinational organizations, with a preference for experience in a matrix organization.

  • At least 5 to 10 years of people management experience, with a track record of leading and developing high-performing teams.

  • Significant experience consolidating long-range revenue and EPS projections, preparing executive-level reports, and providing support for 10-Qs and 10-Ks preparation.

  • Proven ability to build strong, productive relationships with executive management, peers, and cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment across diverse business units.

  • Strong financial acumen, with the ability to analyze complex financial models, trends, and data. Proven success in building accurate forecasts and projecting financial performance based on data analysis.

  • Strong leadership in implementing policies, procedures, and best practices to support organizational objectives and drive operational improvements.

  • The ability to engage confidently with C-Suite leaders, navigate a complex, global organization, and influence decisions.

  • Capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, with a high degree of accuracy and motivation to drive results.

Salary

The base salary range is $170,000 - $190,000 USD per year, total on target compensation includes a base salary plus long-term and short-term incentives that align with individual and company performance.
