Compliance & Assurance Program Managers perform and oversee a variety of tasks pursuant to managing regulatory requirements for the Data Operations team within the Chief Data Office. Compliance & Assurance Program Managers will be responsible for process creation, automation, and ongoing process improvement within the Data Operations team to ensure timeliness and ease of use in our progress reporting on regulatory matters. These matters include updates and status on Romanettes, Gaps, and Regulatory Business Critical Milestones for the Data Operations team. Additionally, the C&A Program Managers will be responsible for handling escalations where needed when gathering status updates from leadership across the CDO/CAO to ensure we are providing timely updates and working cohesively, and cooperatively with our peer organizations. Compliance & Assurance Program Managers will provide value in driving the collaborative participation of the community on best practices that align with reporting processes and procedures, while actively looking for ways to better inform and improve the process overall.

$144,480.00 - $216,720.00
