Summary: As an Application Lead for Packaged Application Development, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) applications. Your typical day will involve acting as the primary point of contact, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the design, development, and implementation of SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) applications, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and testers, to ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions. - Act as the primary point of contact for all application-related issues, providing guidance and support to team members as needed. - Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including data privacy and security requirements. - Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: 12+ years of experience in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) development and implementation. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with other SAP modules such as Materials Management (MM) and Production Planning (PP). - Strong understanding of SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) business processes and integration with other SAP modules. - Experience with SAP implementation methodologies, including ASAP and Agile. - Experience with SAP customization and enhancement techniques, including user exits, BADI, and BAPI. - Solid grasp of SAP data migration and data conversion techniques, including LSMW and BDC. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) development and implementation. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
