What you'll do –
As an Ad Operations specialist, you will contribute towards monitoring, setting up of campaigns in WMC Owned and Operated platforms to ensure campaigns are executed flawlessly.
You will contribute and perform dive deep into campaign troubleshooting insights to ensure ads are rendering as intended as well as to prevent bad customer experience by displaying right ads to the audience. Understand all the client’s goals and objectives and ensure campaigns are setup to achieve these goals. Be the subject matter experts in ad serving platform/tools and work to continually optimize the platform usage and provide up to date best practices.
Work closely with internal teams to guarantee client satisfaction on both programmatic and direct campaigns
Manage day-to-day deliverables w.r.t ad campaigns across the company's owned and operated properties as well as any external distribution platforms
Maintain the highest standards around campaign fulfilment
Execute campaigns by trafficking ads to WMC properties: O&O, Offsite
Build creative in an ad server using third party tags
Activate ads in the ad server after assigning the appropriate creative
Communicating status of campaign creation to key global partners
Provide account team with screenshots confirming creative went live
Complete ad server and campaign audits using checklists to ensure accuracy and completeness of campaign, including go live workflows
Ensure functionality and accuracy of creative by assigning to test pages
Security scanning of orders to ensure compliance with information security initiatives
What you'll bring:
Campaign Optimization across Display/Search Platforms
Trafficking across Display/Search Platforms
B.E. or B.Tech. degree in Computer Science or other equivalent stream
Candidate with excellent articulation and communication skill set
7+ years of experience in Ad Operations domain
Willing to work in rotational shifts, including PST hours
Strong familiarity with ad serving technologies, platforms and tools with hands on working experience
Hands on knowledge on at-least one ads tool – Google Ad Manager, Google Ad words, Tradedesk, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Pinterest Ads
