The Financing Lead is responsible for overseeing both Regular and Special Financing processes for Branch and Agency recruitment, including selecting and assessing candidate profiles, summarizing profiles, and establishing standards using financing guidelines. This role involves close collaboration with the Head of Agency Recruitment, Chief Agency Officers (CAOs), and the Strategy team to define and implement financing recruitment strategies. Additionally, the role includes leading financing audits (if any) and working with the Line 1B team to ensure high standards in financing selection, as well as ensuring high standards in the administration process, educating team members on Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), and serving as the risk champion for the team.
Position Responsibilities:
Lead overall Regular and Special Financing for both Branch and Agency doing selection process which included to summarize candidate profile and give the standard using the financing guidelines.
Work closely with Head of Agency Recruitment, CAOs, Strategy team to define and assess candidate profile and financing package, as well as financing recruitment strategy.
Support GA owners in their financing recruitment application. Support can be related to budget, package, administration, and recruitment strategy.
Lead financing audit (if any) and work closely with Line 1B team to ensure high standard of financing selection.
Ensure high standard of administration process. Educate other team members on SOP and be the risk champion of the team.
Required Qualifications:
Relevant experience within the Financing space within the Agency business.
Good communication and interpersonal skill.
Details oriented and meticulous.
