Opportunity

We are seeking a proactive Logistics Technician to support order processing, logistics coordination, and customer communication for our Power Products business.

You will manage orders—including special executions—track deliveries, handle dispatch and customs processes, and ensure smooth communication with customers.

Main missions

• Process Power Products orders, including special orders with German options
• Coordinate delivery terms and stock information with SDMO France
• Organize logistics operations to end customers
• Request and track transport orders (incl. crane loading/unloading)
• Manage inventory and prepare required statistical reports
• Handle customs clearance and online dispatch with DACHSER, UPS, etc.
• Prepare loading reports and support rapid commissioning
• Serve as customer contact for delivery scheduling
• Perform invoicing
• Support backlog management and provide Admin PPW backup

Sie übernehmen die Bearbeitung von Bestellungen – einschließlich Sonderausführungen – verfolgen Lieferungen, kümmern sich um Versand- und Zollprozesse und sorgen für eine reibungslose Kommunikation mit unseren Kunden.

Hauptaufgaben

• Auftragserfassung und die Rechnungsstellung der Power Products, einschließlich Sonderaufträgen mit deutschen Optionen
• Abstimmung von Lieferbedingungen und Lagerbeständen mit SDMO Frankreich
• Organisation logistischer Abläufe bis zum Endkunden
• Anforderung und Nachverfolgung von Transportaufträgen (inkl. Krane- und -entladung)
• Bestandsverwaltung und Erstellung erforderlicher statistischer Berichte
• Abwicklung der Zollformalitäten sowie Online-Versand mit DACHSER, UPS usw.
• Erstellung von Ladeberichten
• Ansprechpartner für Kunden zur Koordination von Lieferterminen

Profil

• Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Logistik, idealerweise mit Anbindung zur Supply Chain oder Auftragsabwicklung
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Sehr gute MS Office Kenntnisse sowie ausgeprägte analytische und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
• Organisationsgeschick, Belastbarkeit und eine ausgeprägte Hands-on-Mentalität
• Kundenorientierte und detailgenaue Arbeitsweise
• Professionelles Englisch wünschenswert
