Functional (job responsibilities)

• Responsible to develop & execute key auto-loan strategies to grow market share across segments via expansion of active dealer network, end-to-end execution follow through of quarterly priorities and identification of market opportunities
• Represents the Bank in external engagement to seek opportunities and intelligence in creating competitive edge for auto-loan
• Contribute constructively and creatively in the planning and implementation stages of programs/initiative to drive maximum sales top of mind, and awareness
• Work with respective internal & external stakeholders to ensure these programs are properly executed in a timely manner with the approved promotion strategies, product/sales/marketing communications & marketing budgets
• Work closely with auto loan direct sales channel to ensure proper and timely execution of all programs & promotions
• Monitor and analyse pre & post campaign performance to ensure results are on track and if not, to identify the problems/ issues and recommend solutions to rectify them
• Collect, analyse, evaluate and report data from various sources to keep track on sales momentum and productivity
• Develop and review new/existing Management Information data with key trends to develop analytic insights for the auto loan business

Requirements

• Malaysian citizen
• Any recognized Degree or equivalent certificates qualification;
• Automotive Financing or banking preferred and added advantage;
• Dealer management, social skills and organization management. Local language as added advantage.
