What you'll do

In your new role, you’ll be managing the analysis of complex cross franchise and pan bank requirements, while capturing, validating and documenting business and system requirements and making sure that they are in line with key strategic objectives. In the course of your work, we’ll also look to you to build, manage and maintain a positive working relationship with stakeholders and third party suppliers across multiple franchises and functions.

You’ll also:

  • Create and maintain documentation, as well as support controls and quality assurance for key stakeholders and suppliers
  • Lead or support planning, analysis design and implementation tasks
  • Document, trace and link business requirements to future state design
  • Redesign business processes to improve consistency and efficiency
  • Facilitate user acceptance testing and support business users in executing the user acceptance testing
  • Help to embed strategic change within the business

The skills you'll need

You’ll ideally have a background in consulting or experience in delivering projects with a regulatory focus.  Additionally, you’ll have an analytical mindset, with strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise your work. You’ll also be comfortable leading a team of people or leading project workstreams if required.

You’ll also need:

  • A collaborative approach and the ability to build productive relationships with stakeholders, colleagues and senior managers
  • Experience of applying business analysis tools and techniques
  • Experience supporting the delivery of business and technology change
  • A high aptitude for complex problem solving and critical thinking
  • An understanding of project governance and documentation
