As an Affiliate Network Management Executive at AnyMind Thailand, you will play a crucial role in expanding our network of Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs). Your responsibilities will encompass the entire KOL acquisition cycle, from identifying potential leads to onboarding and managing relationships. Your ability to build strong relationships, understand market trends, and achieve target KPIs will be essential to the success of this role.
What You'll Do
KOL Acquisition:
Generate and identify potential KOLs within the target market.
Conduct outreach and pitch to prospective KOLs.
Negotiate partnership terms and close deals.
Onboard new KOLs onto the AnyMind Affiliate Network.
Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
Act as a liaison for new Affiliate KOLs, providing support and guidance.
Performance Analysis:
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of KOL partnerships.
Generate insightful reports and presentations to communicate performance and identify areas for improvement.
Who You Are
1-2 years experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or the influencer industry.
Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in Excel.
A passion for digital marketing and a keen interest in the latest trends.
