Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of tailored software applications. This role requires taking ownership of the project lifecycle, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring that the applications meet the specified requirements. The position demands proactive problem-solving and continuous engagement with team members to drive the project forward efficiently and effectively, while maintaining clear communication and alignment with organizational goals.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Oversee the implementation of best practices and ensure adherence to quality standards within the team.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth and development of team members.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align project objectives and deliverables with broader organizational strategies.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Power Apps.
- Strong experience in application design and configuration within low-code platforms.
- Ability to integrate Microsoft Power Apps with other Microsoft services and external data sources.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving complex application issues.
- Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable software solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Power Apps.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
