Summary:
As a Cloud Migration Engineer, a typical day involves evaluating current technology environments and infrastructure to determine the best approach for transitioning to cloud platforms. This role includes planning and executing the migration of applications and data, ensuring that solutions are scalable and perform efficiently. The position requires coordinating with various teams to deliver seamless cloud adoption that supports innovative business goals and enhances operational capabilities.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of cloud migration strategies to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
- Oversee risk management and mitigation plans during migration projects to maintain system integrity and minimize disruptions.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and fostering a collaborative learning environment.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Cloud Move Architecture.
- Good To Have Skills: Cloud Strategy and Assessment, Cloud Infrastructure, Cloud Migration Planning.
- Experience in designing and implementing scalable cloud migration solutions using both private and public cloud technologies.
- Strong understanding of cloud computing principles, including virtualization, networking, and storage.
- Ability to analyze existing IT environments and develop comprehensive migration plans that optimize performance and cost.
- Familiarity with cloud security best practices and compliance requirements to ensure secure migration processes.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Cloud Move Architecture.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
