As a HR Representative / Sr. HR Representative, you play a key role in enabling operational excellence in our people operations. You will work in partnership across multiple stakeholders including French Works Council (CSE) ; geographies and time zones to administer and manage cohesive processes and solutions of our end-to-end HR processes and services.
Make Your Mark:
HR Rep / Sr. HR Rep. works in a shared services capacity and supports the HR Business Partners, the Managers and Employees, as an EMEA region SME. You will be responsible for the end-to-end employee life cycle (onboarding to offboarding), local regulations and compliance, good knowledge of compensation and benefit plans and be ready to partner with all functional subject matter experts - HR Business Partners, Payroll, IT, Finance, Facility, accounting and third-party vendors, etc. This role also drives regional compliance processes and works with HR Business partners to support relevant and timely employee engagement activities.
