Primary Function
The Roundel Governance, Risk & Compliance team is responsible for creating, managing, monitoring, and enforcing a second line of defense for the business operations of Roundel against regulatory, contractual and industry requirements. You will play an integral part in working with the multiple teams like Operational Excellence, Business, Product, Cybersecurity, Privacy, Legal Affairs, etc. to collaborate and manage emerging risks, complex industry requirements and internal process expectations. This will include tracking changes in industry standards, working with Enterprise Compliance and Product teams, leveraging external consultants to understand operational and regulatory requirements, translating regulatory and contractual requirements and consulting with Business and Product teams to imbibe in technology and process development, build and perform ongoing monitoring for the effectiveness of compliance programs.
Responsibilities:
Develop Regulatory Compliance Intelligence for Roundel by developing and maintaining an updated repository of regulatory, contractual, accreditation and other compliance requirements through individual research and collaboration with Enterprise stakeholders Liase with external stakeholders (including external auditors, accreditation body representatives) to understand, translate and communicate accreditation requirements to internal stakeholders Partner with internal stakeholders to understand and review business use cases with compliance overlap and provide recommendations Understand, translate and communicate regulatory, contractual and other compliance requirements to internal stakeholders Provide implementation guidance to internal teams to support implementation against regulatory, contractual and other marketplace compliance requirements Collaborate, track and report progress with internal stakeholders to drive closure of ongoing compliance initiatives Review all changes to existing process/ platforms to adhere to accreditations and compliance needs with timely recommendations Create awareness on ongoing / upcoming / completed compliance initiatives within Roundel across levels, including leadership Conduct internal research on MRC / other accreditation requirements and communicate the same to internal stakeholders Provide implementation guidance to internal teams to support implementation of MRC / other accreditations

Key Skills
Regulatory Compliance Capabilities:
Strong aptitude to understand regulatory compliance and accreditation requirements and translate the same into narratives based on audience
Experience of conducting / driving MRC audits for other organizations would be strongly preferred
Relevant experience in large organizations (preferably Global Capability Centres) developing compliance frameworks and auditing of processes and technology assets will be preferred
Program Management:
Project Management skills - to ensure appropriate tracking and reporting of progress against initiatives
Data Visualization skills - to ensure appropriate transparency is provided to all stakeholders with respect to initiative progress
Tool-specific skills - RSA Archer, MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, Power BI / Tableau preferred
Strong communication skills - to liase appropriately with internal and external stakeholders
Corporate Auditing Skills:
Deep background in conducting and driving enterprise-level audits (end to end)
Strong background in internal / external framework-based audits and assessments preferred
Background in internal / external audits (with specialization in Finance, IT and / or Legal processes and regulatory requirements) preferred
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree
5-8 years’ of overall experience with significant working experience in Governance & Compliance space
Problem solver; ability to identify problems, analyze data & present conclusions
Strong verbal, written and presentations skills
The candidate should be flexible, highly adaptable to a constantly changing environment, and excellent team player. The candidate will be asked to juggle multiple ad hoc requests in addition to the BAU aspects of the role.
Strong interpersonal and process & time management skills
High level of attention to detail, with excellent written and verbal communication / presentation skills
