ERG is seeking a Design Project Manager with experience managing facilities projects, such as interior or exterior building renovations, building repairs (e.g., roof or HVAC replacement), and modifications or repairs to utilities and infrastructure. This is a hybrid position and will involve overseeing subcontracted design projects. The Design Project Manager will ensure that project deliverables meet expectations for quality, cost, and schedule. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture or design, with a proven track record of managing complex projects and overseeing multiple subcontractors. The successful candidate will join our growing team of professionals who focus on quality work and foster collaborative, long-term relationships with our clients and within our team. 

 This full-time position will include interaction and support from ERG personnel at the federal site in Indian Head, MD, as well as from ERG’s Chantilly and Arlington offices. Indian Head is approximately 30 miles from Washington, DC, 25 miles from Alexandria, VA, and 60 miles from Fredericksburg, VA. An alternative work schedule may be considered.
