Position Overview
Are you passionate about helping others become their best selves? The Global Revenue Enablement organisation is looking for an experienced Program Manager to lead our Enterprise Sales role-based skill development. As a remote worker, you will become a part of the Role Excellence team, reporting to the Senior Manager. You will be focused on ensuring role readiness in skill-focused areas. You will lead a global programme that requires cross-team collaboration. You have experience sourcing skill requirements, working with business leadership, and delivering courseware. As the programme manager, you will understand how to build skill development. You will also identify manager enablement and coaching criteria to align with your skill programmes.
Your primary focus will enhance skill development for our Enterprise Sales team, using advisory, subject matter experts, and instructional design teams to deliver the best outcomes.
Responsibilities
Design a skill development strategy for our Enterprise Sales team
Communicate with leadership
Promote programme strategy and goals and assess the impact on business
Scope learner and manager enablement, including coaching criteria
Work cross-functionally with advisors, subject matter experts, and team leadership
Manage Project workflows
Develop skill plans
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or 8+ years' experience delivering a global programm
2+ years in delivering a global enablement programme
Experience in a SaaS or subscription-based software company or equivalent consulting engagements
The ability to present to Senior Leadership (in-person and virtual) with different audiences from technical, sales, corporate, and executive roles
Influence and implement change
Platform experience in Learning Management Systems or Learning Experience
Understand how to analyze, design, develop, implement, and execute (ADDIE) programmes
Project Management, Human-Centered Design, or Change Management
5 plus years' experience, or degree, in Instructional Design or Program Management
