Summary:
As an Enterprise Solution Architect, We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect specializing in the Service Level Objectives (SLO) module within the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will lead architecture design, implementation, optimization, and governance of SLO frameworks to ensure measurable service performance, reliability, and business alignment.
This role requires deep expertise in ITSM, CSM, SLO/SLI/SLA frameworks, platform architecture, integrations, and enterprise-scale implementations.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Architecture & Design
Lead end-to-end architecture for SLO implementation within ServiceNow.
Design scalable and high-performance SLO frameworks aligned with business objectives.
Define SLI (Service Level Indicators), SLO targets, and error budgets.
Establish best practices and governance models for service performance tracking.
Implementation & Configuration
Configure and customize SLO-related capabilities in ServiceNow.
Develop workflows, dashboards, KPIs, and reporting mechanisms.
Integrate SLO tracking with ITSM, Incident, Problem, Change, and CMDB modules.
Ensure alignment with SLA/OLA structures.
Integration & Automation
Architect integrations with monitoring tools (e.g., APM, observability platforms).
Design automated alerting and performance threshold mechanisms.
Work with DevOps and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) teams for operationalization.
Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement
Collaborate with business stakeholders to define measurable service objectives.
Provide technical leadership to development teams.
Conduct architecture reviews and ensure compliance with enterprise standards.
Mentor ServiceNow developers and administrators.
Governance & Optimization
Implement continuous improvement processes for service reliability.
Conduct health checks and performance tuning.
Ensure platform scalability, security, and compliance standards are met.
Professional & Technical Skills:
Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
8+ years of IT experience 5+ years in ServiceNow architecture.
Strong expertise in:
o ServiceNow ITSM
o SLO/SLI/SLA design principles
o CMDB and CSDM frameworks
o ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide APIs)
o REST/SOAP integrations
Experience with enterprise-scale implementations.
Strong understanding of ITIL practices.
