WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
As Senior Supply Chain ND Stores Returns Specialist, you will:
- Drive operational excellence to to serve our digital consumers through transactional and executional activities across relevant Nike systems, tools and reports to meet financial and operational targets while delivering on Nike’s strategy
- Utilize operational knowledge, analytical and critical thinking skills to deliver on all pillars of the Consumer Promise (Service, Convenience, Sustainability and Profitability)
- Deliver innovative, responsible, and scalable process improvements to Nike Direct Reverse Logistics to better serve consumers
- Bring Subject Matter Expertise and leadership on E2E Supply Chain flow and ability to simplify complex information and communicate effectively to leaders and stakeholders across Supply Chain and NDDC teams
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
As Senior Supply Chain ND Stores Returns Specialist, you will:
- Obsess consumer convenience and speed to market of returned product to maximize consumer retention and Nike profitability
- Responsible for Nike Direct Stores returns performance management in collaboration with Mid Mile Transportation, Distribution, Analytics and ND teams
- Lead KPI root cause analysis and share findings and recommendations to ND Supply Chain teams
- Identify and create business cases for improvements towards supply chain KPI’s using descriptive and predictive analytics
- Provide subject matter expertise into strategy creation, capability development and process improvements across E2E returns for Stores
- Collaborate closely with ND Stores Finance and commercial teams to translate returns forecasts into signals to inform Logistics capacity and planning
- Bring an improvement and innovation mindset to lead and participate in medium to large sized cross-functional projects
- Develop and foster relationships with reverse logistics vendors and service providers, and partner closely to drive process enhancements
- Change agent for transformational initiatives through hands on contribution, quantitative and qualitative feedback to enable continuous improvement
- Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures and Training Documents for ND Stores Supply Chain Returns
WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
You will work in a cross-functional agile environment that spans across EMEA and services the Nike Direct Stores MSC needs. While being part of the MSC Stores team, reporting into MSC Supply Chain Stores Mgr., you will partner closely with Retail Operation, Planning and Finance teams. Besides, you will daily connect with stores, partners, carrier network and Nike’s logistics functions.
WHAT YOU BRING
- Supply Chain and/or Retail Experience: Demonstrated relevant experience within Supply Chain and/or Retail related functions, with a consumer-centric mindset. Strong understanding of Supply Chain Management and general retail business knowledge. You can display you have increased your responsibilities accountabilities over multiple seasons. Leading / co-leading projects linked to capabilities and/or process improvements with decisions impacting your team or cross functional teams, driving values with measurable impacts
- Leading Projects: Experience leading and being accountable for medium to large sized cross-functional projects from start to finish to drive a best-in-class operational excellence. Through developing excellent working relationships with key partners/ collaborators and bringing the right teams together. Involving multiple teams and driving a measurable result on our commercial and operation performance
- Communication skills: Strong written and verbal communicator, ability to translate complex supply chain issues into concise insights, sharing information with and influencing senior stakeholder, bringing recommendations and facilitating decision making
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to decision-making: ability to translate complex supply chain issues into concise insights, sharing information with and influencing senior stakeholder, bringing recommendations and facilitating decision making
