The Change Management Lead for the PMIS Implementation at Micron offers an outstanding opportunity to lead the transformation of our project management systems on a global scale. This role combines the thrill of brand new IT solutions with the happiness of facilitating significant organizational change.
Change Management:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive change management strategy and plan for the PMIS implementation.
- Engage with employees, managers, leaders, and external collaborators to facilitate change readiness and adoption.
- Build and implement communication strategies to increase awareness and understanding of the PMIS implementation.
- Develop and deliver training materials and programs to ensure all users are adequately prepared for the new system.
- Identify and manage change champions within the organization to support the change management efforts.
- Monitor and measure the efficiency of change management activities and adjust strategies as needed.
Project Management:
- Work closely with the PMIS Lead and the project management team to ensure timely and successful completion of all deliverables related to change and data management.
- Participate in project planning and PMIS team meetings to identify and implement change requests.
- Develop detailed project plans and schedules for change management activities.
- Monitor and report on the progress of change management activities to collaborators.
- Support the design and development of PMIS platform for managing complex construction projects globally, covering all aspect of the project lifecycle.
- Provide technical and administrative support, mentorship, supervision, and training to PMIS end-users, Micron-appointed PMCs and supporting contractors.
- Actively building connections, recognizing possibilities to contribute, and involving team members when necessary to ensure the successful completion of projects.
- Providing continuous audit support to ensure the integrity of the information and look for continuous improvements.
- Collaborating closely with the IT department to ensure the PMIS platform design and any customization is aligned with Micron’s processes.
Skills & qualifications
- Degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Construction, or a related field.
- Experienced in setting up and implementing PMIS systems such as Oracle Primavera Unifier, Aconex, Ecosys, Kahua, Autodesk Construction Cloud (Doc and Build), Procore, and its equivalent.
- At least 8 years of experience in Semiconductor, data-center, oil/gas/petrochem, pharma, or other relevant manufacturing industries with experience in Construction Project Control Services.
- 5+ years of relevant consulting or industry experience in data management or data science and analytics.
- Prior full-time professional experience supporting transformation projects.
- Prior training/instructional design experience for software implementations and/or large-scale transformation projects.
- Certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP) by the Project Management Institute is preferred.
Required Skills:
- Demonstrable experience in Organizational Change Management, preferably in the context of system implementations.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence collaborators at all levels.
- Good communication skills, with the ability to develop and deliver effective communication and training materials.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Hands-on experience with project management methodologies and tools.
- Ability to develop and implement change management strategies and standard methodologies.
- Report and Business Intelligence visualization development skills using multiple toolsets such as SSRS, InfoMaker, Tableau, Qlik, Power BI, Cognos & Oracle BI.
- Extensive experience identifying requirements via industry standard analysis techniques such as data flow modeling, workflow analysis, business process modeling, component diagrams and functional decomposition analysis required.
- Knowledge and experience with a wide variety of computer, communications, and applications technologies and tools available within the engineering and construction industry.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Effective negotiation and consensus-building skills.
- Excellent analytical and crisis control skills.

The US base salary range that Micron Technology estimates it could pay for this full-time position is:
$79,000.00 - $223,000.00
Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries of the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional job-related factors, including knowledge, skills, experience, tenure and relevant education or training.
