Who Boundless Is

We’re a team of immigrants and experts who have struggled with our own journeys through the complex, high-stakes U.S. immigration system. That is why we are building deeply customer-centric products and experiences to become the default trusted partner for all families and businesses. We are the largest player in the family immigration industry, and a high-growth challenger serving corporate clients. Across both consumer and business segments, we’ve aided over 100,000 individuals in their quest for U.S. residency.

We're backed by influential venture investors around the country, including Foundry Group (led by Brad Feld), Trilogy Equity Partners, Pioneer Square Labs, Emerson Collective (Laurene Powell Jobs’ foundation), Two Sigma Ventures, and Jerry Yang.

Today, we are a dynamic growth-stage technology company with 350+ employees across the U.S. and Philippines. We are growing both organically and through strategic acquisitions. We are well-capitalized and on our way to becoming the largest immigration company in the world and first trusted brand in the industry.

About This Role:

We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Generalist to support and enhance our People function across HR Business Partnering (HRBP), People Operations (People Ops), and Talent Acquisition (TA). You will be an important partner to our U.S. team, balancing the needs of the business with your role as an advocate for our people, and you will regularly collaborate with our Philippines-based People team on organization-wide projects and programs. Reporting directly to the VP of People alongside our People Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping and executing People strategies that align with our business goals and support our employees’ success, fostering an environment of engagement, inclusion, and belonging.

About You:

You bring a breadth of customer-facing HR experience that spans HRBP functions, operational HR processes, and talent acquisition. With experience in talent planning, performance management, employee engagement, people operations, recruitment, organizational design, employee relations, coaching, and change management, you’re ready to drive initiatives across multiple HR disciplines. Your communication and relationship-building skills allow you to connect with people at all levels, and you have a proactive, problem-solving mindset.

You are committed to creating an inclusive, engaging environment that supports employee growth and development. As an owner of our People plan, you balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, always aligning your work with our culture and values. With strong organizational skills and attention to detail, you handle changing priorities with confidence.

What You’ll Do:

  • Embody and promote our company values in all people programs, processes, and practices. Work with colleagues to embed culture-focused initiatives into our business strategy.
  • Collaborate with leaders to implement strategies for talent acquisition, employee development, total rewards, and engagement, using data to inform program design and iteration.
  • Partner with our People Operations Manager to manage and improve our people systems (e.g. talent reviews, coaching, and feedback processes) to retain a high-performing, engaged workforce.
  • Develop and implement Talent Development programs to support employee growth and career progression.
  • Provide expertise in organizational development, workforce planning, and performance management to ensure our people practices enable company growth.
  • Oversee and maintain our HR systems (HRIS, performance management, employee engagement) to ensure scalability.
  • Foster a customer-focused People function by effectively communicating People programs and initiatives.
  • Lead special projects that support Boundless’s growth and operational efficiency.
  • Oversee compliance with U.S. people policies and federal/state regulations, including those related to benefits, compensation, and leave.
