Summary: As a Product Owner, you will drive the vision for the product by being the voice of the customer, following a human-centered design approach. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Manage and prioritize the product backlog. - Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize product features. - Work closely with the development team to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products. - Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform product decisions. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud Absence/Leave Management. - Strong understanding of product management principles and practices. - Experience in driving product vision and strategy. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Agile methodologies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Absence/Leave Management. - This position is based in Kolkata. - No specific education requirements.
