Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Solution Architect Manager to lead and manage the technical presales and solution architecture teams for the KSA, North Gulf & Levant Region. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding the Solutions Architect Team to position Red Hat’s product portfolio effectively with customers and partners. 

This role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

What You Will Do

  • Lead and manage a team of highly skilled Solution Architects across the KSA, North Gulf & Levant Region, ensuring alignment with the company’s business goals and regional sales objectives.

  • Set performance goals for the team, track their progress, and implement technical strategies to support sales initiatives and growth.

  • Mentor and develop your team, ensuring they provide top-quality presales support and are fully equipped to position Red Hat’s products effectively with customers and partners.

  • Ensure your team is proficient in articulating the business value of Red Hat’s core solutions in areas such as enterprise infrastructure, automation, cloud technologies, and containerization.

  • Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, and Engineering teams to align technical presales efforts with customer needs and business goals - particularly in the areas of cloud, automation, and containerization technologies.

  • Engage with senior customer and partner stakeholders, particularly at the C-level, to address their challenges and present Red Hat’s solutions as the best fit.

  • Provide feedback to internal teams on Red Hat’s product portfolio to influence future developments and maintain a competitive edge.

What You Will Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in technical presales or Solution Architect roles, with a proven track record of leading technical projects and delivering results against business targets.

  • Significant experience working with Red Hat’s product suite, particularly in areas such as enterprise platforms, automation, cloud solutions, and containerized applications.

  • Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and lead technical engagements that align with business objectives.

  • Strong understanding of cloud computing, automation, containerization, and application modernization, with the ability to translate technical solutions into clear business value for customers.

  • Experience engaging with C-level executives and key stakeholders within customer and partner organizations.

  • Excellent communication, consultative, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage at senior levels.

  • Sales-driven mindset with a focus on achieving business goals through strategic technical engagement.

  • Willingness to travel within the region as needed.
