Northrop Grumman Defense Systems is seeking a Stock Clerk to join our team at our Macon, GA location.
The selected candidate will be expected to perform a variety of warehousing duties that require an understanding
of the establishment's operations and storage plan. Position will also perform a combination of manual and clerical.
duties to receive, store, and issue equipment, materials, and supplies in a central warehouse. Examines stock to verify conformance to specifications and invoices; stores articles according to identifying factors; fills orders or issues supplies from stock; requisitions stock to fill incoming orders; and prepares stock use reports. Determines methods or places for storage considering guidelines for temperature, humidity, weight or height limits, turnover, floor loading capacity, and required space.

Basic Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, you must minimally meet the knowledge, skills, and abilities listed below:
• High School Diploma and 2 years of experience.
• Previous experience as a stock clerk.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance.
• Must operate hand or power trucks in performing warehousing duties, lift a minimum of 35 lbs. and climb ladders.
Preferred Qualifications:
Candidates with these desired skills will be given preferential consideration:
• Experience working in a warehouse environment.
Salary Range: $1.00 - $1.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
