Must have Skills : Supply Chain Management (SCM) Applications, SSI: NON SSI: Good to Have Skills :SSI: No Technology Specialization NON SSI : Job Requirements : Key Responsibilities : Play the solution architect role on Kinaxis implementation projects Engage with client stakeholders to understand requirements, carry out fit-gap analysis, design and document solution and guide configuration team to implement the solution Drive conversations with client business stakeholders Work with development functions- business lines- product teams and technology stakeholders to derive the technology future state and roadmaps Drive designs that balance business efficiency- system Technical Experience : Should have played Solution Architect role in at least 2 Kinaxis implementation projects Strong functional knowledge and experience in the following Rapid Response applications: Supply Planning, Capacity Planning Constraints, DRP, MPS, Demand Planning and Order Fulfillment Must have strong design and software configuration skills and good command over data models Must have knowledge of integrating Kinaxis with SAP/Oracle/legacy systems Professional Attributes : -Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment -Proven ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment -Desire to work in an information systems environment -Excellent communication written and oral and interpersonal skills Educational Qualification: -Bachelors Degree in Engineering MBA Operations/Supply Chain/Logistics /Engineering preferred Additional Info : Open to travel - short term and long term
