Summary:
We are seeking a skilled XTEL AMS Level 2 Support Analyst with experience in XTEL6 and XTEL8. The role involves application support, incident management, monitoring, and collaboration with internal and product support teams to ensure system stability and business continuity.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Perform daily monitoring of XTEL applications, especially overnight batch jobs and interfaces. Identify issues proactively and notify stakeholders. Implement mitigation actions.
- Perform triage and troubleshooting of incidents escalated by Level 1. Ensure resolution or workaround implementation within SLA timelines. Document issues and resolutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for custom software development.
- Collaborate with XTEL Product Support and AMO teams to identify workarounds and root causes. Contribute to problem management activities.
- Handle service requests and assist with complex activities such as cutover. Support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Knowledge of AMS environments, incident handling, and batch monitoring.
- Basic SQL knowledge preferred. Familiarity with ticketing tools like ServiceNow.
- Experience in CPG domain, SAP/BW systems, and global AMS teams.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Trade Promotions Management.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Experience in designing and implementing scalable software components.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues effectively.
- Familiarity with modern programming languages and development frameworks relevant to custom software solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Trade Promotions Management.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
