Job Summary
This role is responsible for validating and executing detailed technical design solutions, often leading in the creation of designs for enterprise-level solutions. The role specializes in complex enterprise technology solutions that are designed to satisfy clients' requirements, leading teams through various stages of technical evaluation and delivery. The role actively supports sales efforts and portfolio expansion with existing customers, thereby contributing to organization's profitability. The role also plays a key role in complex projects, exercises independent judgment in business problem-solving, and fosters productive relationships both internally and externally.

Responsibilities

• Ensures the validation and execution of the detailed technical design solution, addressing the problem identified by the project/technical manager, often taking the lead in formulating detailed designs for enterprise-level solutions.

• Specializes in the analysis and development of complex enterprise technology solutions, developing tailored technology solutions for customers using a range of industry products and technologies.

• Leads the technical evaluation and delivery of specific technical solutions to clients, fostering a high-performance team environment and managing the team through various lifecycle stages.

• Provides advanced technical consultancy and guidance to peers, offering expertise in proposal efforts, solution design, system management, tuning, and solution customization.

• Gathers and analyzes data from diverse sources to ascertain customer needs and requirements, responding to customer requests for technical information.

• Engages in complex technical issue resolution across multiple technology domains, often devising novel methods to address unique situations.

• Represents the organization at technology conferences with a multi-customer audience, sharing insights and expertise.

• Supports sales activities, managing bids and contributing substantially to the sales lifecycle, including producing comprehensive proposals for smaller engagements and actively expanding portfolio with existing customers through new opportunities and change management efforts.

• Applies advanced subject matter knowledge, leads, and contributes to complex projects, and exercises independent judgment in resolving business issues and establishing policies.

• Develops and builds productive internal/external working relationships and may provide mentoring and guidance to lower-level employees.


Education & Experience Recommended
Four-year or Graduate Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
Typically has 7-10 years of work experience, preferably in implementation consultancy, customer support, focused technology areas, or a related field.

Compensation

The base pay range for this role is € 45.100,00 to € 71.050,00 annually with additional cash compensation opportunities in the form of annual cash incentive bonuses. Pay varies by job-related skills, effort, responsibility, working conditions, experience and work location.
