Job Description:

What You’ll Do:

  • Responsible for executing consistent and timely processes, and providing guidance, support, and responses covering a variety of HR regulatory and compliance related functions across the employee lifecycle. Process areas include, but are not limited to, employment eligibility, onboarding, employment verification, employee information requests, employee notices, training, access administration, and unemployment claims. Leverage knowledge base and other available information to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
  • Actively manages and escalates risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management.

How You’ll Do It:

  • Execute a variety of processes across the employee lifecycle, including but not limited to, employment eligibility, onboarding, employment verification, employee information requests, employee notices, training, access administration, and unemployment claims. Coordinate activities and maintain data. Update process and procedural documentation.
  • Execute controls and conduct periodic monitoring, testing, and audits of end-to-end processes to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance. Work with leadership to identify and address compliance issues and risks are brought to leadership. Partner across various HR functional areas to understand business objectives and initiatives. Adjusts strategies and programs to support these objectives.
  • Engage, consult, and partner with internal partners across various HR functional areas and third party providers to support efficient execution and issue resolution. Advise and resolve inquiries ranging from single questions to highly detailed issues

Qualifications You’ll Need
The Basics

  • H.S. Diploma or GED
  • 4+ years experience with Human Resources, Compliance, Risk Management, or related

  • 6+ years in Human Resources, Compliance, Risk Management or related
  • SPHR, PHR, SHRM
  • CRCM, CERP

Compensation:

The base pay for this position generally ranges between $58,500.00 to $90,900.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
