Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will be responsible for ensuring that the applications are developed and customized according to the needs of the organization. This role requires a strong understanding of ServiceNow IT Operations Management and the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Design, develop, and customize applications using ServiceNow IT Operations Management. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand business needs. - Implement and configure ServiceNow modules to meet business process requirements. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow applications. - Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Operations Management. - Experience with ServiceNow development, including building and configuring applications. - Strong understanding of ITIL processes and best practices. - Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies. - Experience with RESTful APIs and integration with external systems. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Operations Management. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
