POSITION OVERVIEW
FRONTSTEPS is on a mission to build intuitive software solutions that foster transparency, efficiency, and collaboration for everyone who calls an association home. The Suite Manager product is a unified, mobile-optimized back-office destination for our Community Association Managers, leveraging AI to automate processes and connect tightly with FRONTSTEPS Community—a curated experience for homeowners and board members.
In this role, the Business Analyst for the Suite Manager project will play a key role in shaping our most innovative software platform by actively contributing to product development and user experience improvements. You’ll independently source and analyze data to craft clear, comprehensive user stories and acceptance criteria, ensuring they align with real user needs. As a forward-thinking problem-solver, you welcome change, embrace iterative improvements, and bring a data-driven approach to every decision. We seek a collaborative, technology-savvy individual who leverages Business Intelligence and AI to drive continuous value and inspire others through proactive, customer-focused insights.
