The Opportunity:
CACI is currently looking for a motivated, customer-oriented Project Manager to join our Integrated Mission Solut program. This Project Manager will lead a capability development and integration project involving in-house and partn team members creating new software to enhance our customer’s ability to execute their critical missions. Capabilit be created using Agile development tools and methodologies. Final products will be integrated with and tested on mission platforms such as aircraft and ships.


Responsibilities:
Duties include all areas of project management, from initiation through closeout to ensure the successful execution of the project's mission, goals, and objectives.

• Management of software developers, software testers, scrum master, system engineers, and system integrators.

• Responsible for managing one or more activities, control account, and tasks within a project.

• Prepare reports, responses, and briefings targeted to a wide range of audiences.

• Manage mission value threads within the project.

• Focus on tactical and operational plans for their whole project.

• Ensures policies, practices and procedures are understood and followed by project team.

• Responsible for ongoing project performance after production.


Qualifications:

Required: 
• Able to obtain a TS/SCI clearance

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience + a BA/BS degree

• Demonstrated success in technical software development projects

• Demonstrated success in managing Agile software development programs/projects to meet the cost, schedule, a performance parameters of the contract

• Able to provide guidance and resolution for team members regarding program deliverables

• Able to prioritize requests, set expectations for task completion, and provide task status

• Able to analyze/assess project risks and recommend/execute mitigation strategies

• Have meticulous attention-to-detail and effective professional written and oral correspondence



Desired:
• Active TS/SCI clearance

• Ability to apply advanced principles, theories, and concepts, and contribute to the development of innovative principles and ideas

• Able to work independently with minimal supervision in a high paced environment

• Knowledge of the US Navy organization, mission, and partners

• Experience with high visibility projects

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$82,100 - 172,400 USD
