What you will do

We are looking to recruit a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our thriving team in France! The successful candidate will be responsible for providing an excellent candidate & stakeholder experience and will assist in the administration of the recruitment process. The TA Partner will directly report to the TA Manager and will be part of a wider team of TA Partners across EMEA!

How you will do it

  • Sourcing of candidates through all appropriate recruitment tools.

  • Provide an excellent candidate experience by assisting in the coordination and administration of the recruitment process.

  • Scheduling of candidate assessments and interviews, including travel arrangements, coordinating interviewer schedules, and other tasks associated.

  • Assist with on-site interviews and candidate assessments.

  • Assist in tracking and monitoring all recruiting activity.

  • Be a reliable point of contact for candidates and hiring managers and maintain effective working relationship with all levels of the business.

  • Assist in day to day recruitment tasks.

  • Contribute to projects as required.

  • Be creative in approach, always looking at innovative ways to source candidates.

  • Support other team members with their task as required.

What we look for

To be considered for this role, you must have a first experience in Talent Acquisition position with an extensive experience of working with technical stakeholders and used to work in a fast-paced environment. 

You will need to have great communication, organization and prioritization skills with the ability to drive a customer focused approach, managing both your stakeholders and candidates with updates on progress and status to ensure a great candidate experience.

You should be naturally curious and have a drive to deliver a best in class service while adding commercial value to the process with the knowledge you build up of the market and disciplines you will be focusing in. A knowledge of a major ATS such as Workday is much appreciated. Also a business level proficiency or fluency iin English is preferred. 


This is a 6 months Fixed-term Contract.
