Research Assistants will conduct research and undertake other tasks for  (1) a SSHRC grant application on domestic resource extraction and remedies for affected communities (2) a paper on racial capitalism and the corporation (3) revisions on a paper on technology facilitated violence and BHR (4) any revisions needed for an Oxford Bibliography on Business and Human Rights (Law), (5) a court intervention involving international human rights law issues, among other projects.

Minimum Qualifications:

Open to students in Common Law. Students must have successfully completed CML 3399 Human Rights (International Protection), CML 4019 Business and Human Rights, CML 1109A or 3131 Public International Law, or equivalent. Applicants MUST SUBMIT a cover letter, CV, law school transcripts and the names and contact information of two referees (COMPILED IN A SINGLE PDF DOCUMENT) an application to Workday.
