What you'll do:
Online Campaigns: Create discount codes, build campaign pages, and develop other online assets. Ensure Klook’s homepage and app feature the latest deals and campaigns while maintaining brand consistency.
Social Media Engagement: Respond to comments to boost engagement, handle PR/AR requests, and escalate booking inquiries to internal teams as needed. Stay active in Facebook groups, fostering both organic and paid collaborations.
Influencer Strategy: Oversee Klook’s influencer strategy, manage a monthly budget, and use tools like media spends and sponsorships to strengthen the ambassador network. Stay updated on top ambassadors' travel plans to support campaigns effectively.
Content and Asset Management: Source, negotiate, and license user-generated content (UGC). File all sourced digital content into Bynder and track PR/legal contracts through internal systems.
Tracker Management: Build and maintain performance trackers in Lark to monitor and optimize channel performance. Verify campaign accruals against the invoice tracker to ensure financial accuracy.
What you'll need:
Ideal but not a must: at least a couple years experience working in a marketing role as an intern or uni graduate
Ability to work autonomously and problem solve
Attention to detail and a love of process!
Good command of marketing analytics and data. Become quickly familiar with traffic tools like SimilarWeb and metrics like CAC, ROAS, ROI
Comfortable with a fast-paced environment and going beyond scope/role pending business needs
