We are seeking a charismatic Brand Marketing Director to drive our brand vision and lead Level Infinite's brand equity building across the globe.

What you will do:

  • You’ll be leading our Level Infinite Brand marketing strategy from setting brand vision, brand positioning and global campaign roadmap to the go-to-market execution – this include but not limited to - Key industry events strategy and execution, maximize our Level Infinite channels to amplify our game campaign beats, centralized Merchandising opportunity…

  • You’ll articulate our brand strategy for each target audience (B2B, B2C and internal employees)

  • Acting as the central point of contact you will facilitate information flow and work collaboration among different regions and teams. Ensure the successful global release of the project.

  • Allocating publishing resources effectively, including human and budget resources across various regions and functions. Implement data driven and efficient management practices to enhance project efficiency and data performance

  • Coordinating with cross functional s teams at Tencent and with external partners/agencies ensuring our projects progress to successful completion. Together, we will help our partner studios deliver great games!

  • Being accountable for achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) including brand awareness, Level Infinite Pass subscribers and retention rates as well as other metrics related to our events or campaign beats

  • Leveraging all our studios great games and working with internal teams across the globe, including frequent international travel.

  • Driving quality in a collaborative and constructive way.

  • Designing and run market and consumer research studies to identify and measure market opportunities and define brand positioning.

  • Establish effective processes are in place for project tracking

  • Developing strong relationships to establish and maintain a reliable and timely flow of information and materials to all parties as necessary.

  • Analyzing competitive products and brands to make recommendations to senior management.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years’ brand marketing, product management, or equivalent experience.

  • Proven track record of building large successful video game brands that resonate globally.

  • An excellent understanding of what is required to build and deliver high performing video games to market

  • Understanding and experience of corporate brand building is a plus

  • A passion for games and a keen eye for market trends and data. Demonstrate the ability to identify and capitalize on channels or market opportunities effectively.

  • An open and flexible mindset, with strong collaboration and communication skills.

  • Able to work on projects with some ambiguity

  • Excellent English language proficiency, both written and spoken, to serve as a working language.

  • Possess cultural awareness for both Chinese and Western cultures.

  • Exhibit a strong sense of responsibility, self-drive, and exceptional problem-solving abilities.

  • Be resilient to pressure and capable of managing work across different time zones.

  • Prior experience in large-scale multinational projects is preferred.

Work Location: Singapore

Relocation support will be provided to selected candidates from other regions.
