Cleveland Clinic Lou Ruvo Center for Brain Health is dedicated solely to the pursuit of more effective treatments for memory loss, dementia, and other cognitive disorders and to the provision of state-of-the-art care for individuals affected by these diseases and their care partners. 


We will create an individualized treatment plan tailored to your stated needs and our observations. Your plan may include recommendations for medications, physical exercise, nutrition, cognitive rehabilitation, behavioral health services (when needed) and participating in clinical research and/or support groups. A caregiver in this position works 8:00am—5:00pm. 


A caregiver who excels in this role will:  

  • Manage all aspects of small projects or phases of larger projects. 

  • Coordinate the activities of a project team directed by a Project Manager level III or IV. 

  • Achieve operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews. 

  • Prepare and complete action plans Implements production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards. 

  • Complete audit and identify trends. 

  • Determine system improvements and implement changes. 

  • Meet financial objectives by participating in developing forecasting requirements. 

  • Participate in preparing an annual budget and scheduling expenditures. 

  • Analyze variances and initiate corrective actions. 

  • Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders. 

  • Enhance department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests. 

  • Explore opportunities to add value to job accomplishments. 

 

Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:  

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field. 

  • Effective relationship building skills. 

  • Three years of experience coordinating or managing various projects. 

  • OR High School diploma/GED and seven years of experience. 

  • OR Associate’s degree and five years of experience. 

  • OR Master’s degree and two years of experience. 


Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:  

  • Project Management Certification (PMP).

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods

  • Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment

  • Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information

  • Ability to travel throughout the hospital system

  • Must have own transportation to travel to multiple sites.
