Job Description

BUSINESS OBJECTIVES
1. Allocation of crew flight and ground training activities in a compliant fashion on published  roster.
2. Liaison with training service and facility providers to secure necessary slots in an optimum  fashion on day to day basis.
3. Adequate and even distribution of the resources to ensure uniform balancing.
4. Highlight resourcing constraints and proactive strategizing to address post publication.
5. Conform to individual crew qualification requirements and control of crew profiles within  AIMS.
6. Ensure transparent management of crew resource and rosters post publication.  

PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Work within a team responsible for the crew training disruption.
2. Allocate training resources and activities in line and within OM-D requirements on a daily basis 
to ensure optimal distribution and availability of flying crew to cover the operations.
3. Escalate resourcing issues ahead of time to allow for adequate response across the business.
4. Secure and manage bookings of internal and external training resources including manpower,  facilities, simulators, etc. considering daily operations.
5. Ensure crew remain qualified without loss of productivity through any form of qualification on  conformity.
6. Continuously track crew compliance to ensure a full audit trail and corrective action where  necessary.
8. Ensure the plan released by the training planning team is executed by mitigating all the disruptions encountered on a day to day basis. 

Desired Skills & Experience:

1. A minimum of One year of experience in the aviation industry. 

a) Familiarity with AIMS software will be an advantage.

b) Experience in the operations department will be an advantage. 

c) Knowledge of Crew flight and duty time limitations is preferable. 

2. Proficient in the English language( written and oral).

3. High school education cleared or higher (High level of Maths proficiency preferred).

4. Good knowledge of Google suites(Google Sheets especially).

5. Must be willing to work in shifts.

6. Positive attitude with a team spirit is important.
