Our Associate Talent Acquisition Partner will focus on leveraging traditional and creative channels to supply the organization with talent to support hiring qualified candidates faster. Responsible for supplying ready-now talent for assigned territories and supporting other Talent Acquisition Partners within the US & Canada. This individual will have responsibility for ensuring the delivery of high-quality candidates, while maintaining alignment with defined processes, use of key systems, and tracking of metrics. The purpose of the role as a partner is to foster a Talent Acquisition culture, proactively pipeline top talent for professional level and leadership positions, and partner with more Senior TA Leaders to foster a multi-channel proactive talent-hunting approach.

This individual will be accountable for creating delightful candidate and manager experiences and proactively manage relationships with applicants engaged with the Ingredion employer brand. The successful candidate will support conveying our Employer Value Proposition further via social outreach leveraging social networks such as (LinkedIn, etc.) and promoting Ingredion as the employer of choice, motivating talent to move into & up through the company.

Ultimately, the selected individual will join a skilled group responsible for building talent pipelines for the current and future staffing needs of the assigned organizations within the Americas. This role report to the Associate Talent Acquisition Manager, US/Canada Operations.

What you will do: 

  • Build productive, collaborative relationships with hiring managers and HR business partners. Proactively anticipate and resolve issues through effective communication, customer service, and management of expectations.
  • Collaborate with managers and HR business partners to identify and attract high-quality talent for assigned open positions. This includes responsibility for full life cycle recruitment - from developing compelling job descriptions and sourcing strategies, posting positions, networking with passive talent pools, and partnering with third party recruiters, to developing interview strategies, gathering interviewer feedback, leading debrief sessions, and facilitating the offer negotiation process.
  • Engage and build trust with external candidates, effectively representing the Ingredion Employment Brand. Through example and coachin,g ensure that hiring managers and HR business partners are also effective in this area.
  • Demonstrate data integrity in the ATS and ensure consistent ATS utilization & updates to meet compliance and business needs as well as HR reporting.
  • Utilize tools & resources, including social media, attending conference career fairs, etc., to expand the candidate pool and identify qualified passive candidates. Initiate first-round candidate contact, network with referral sources and effectively and persuasively communicate the opportunity to contacted individuals.
  • Support and lead key improvement projects and initiatives in the areas of Diversity & Inclusion, Candidate Experience Enhancement, and Talent Acquisition Process Excellence.
  • Stay abreast of talent market trends and challenges of the external competitive environment, and advise hiring managers and HR accordingly, and build networks with external industry sources to identify qualified passive candidates and build networks with internal customers and HR Business Partners to enhance understanding of Ingredion, supported business areas, and jobs being recruited.

What you will bring: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree required. Major in business, organizational psychology, or HR preferred.
  • 2-5 years of experience recruiting employees at the professional & managerial levels across a full spectrum of functional disciplines. Experience recruiting in finance, audit, procurement and supply chain functions is a plus.
  • Sourcing skills and ability to leverage social media recruiting tools like Linked In for sourcing & recruiting within relevant assigned territories.
  • Experience working with hiring managers and key stakeholder groups and setting expectations for proactively recruiting and delivering talent.
  • Experience with ATS systems (iCIMS, Workday, or similar) & managing requisition loads of 15+.

  • High energy & enthusiasm, with a customer service orientation.
  • AIRS certification as a Professional Recruiter, Diversity Recruiter, and/or CIR a plus.

Pay Range:

$67,520.00-$90,026.67 Annual

This pay range is not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Final base salary will be determined based on several factors which may include but are not limited to responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data and applicable bargaining agreement (if any).

Incentive Compensation:

As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Ingredion Annual Incentive Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus.
