JOB DESCRIPTION
Main Responsibilities: (หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ)
- Responsible for overall management of HRM, HRD, Compensation & Benefit, General Affair and Employee Service support manufacturing operation of the responsible plant.
- Ensuring the Company's treatment of employees is consistent with its core business values and objectives.
- Partnering with both plant functional and HR teams to develop and implement Employee Relations best practices and programs.
- Work closely with employee relation Center for overall of ER strategy deployment and implementation such as the Employee Relation activities, Internal Communication, Welfare Committee management.
- Responsible for management and control of Company’s rules and regulation, disciplinary management for the entire of plant operation.
- Handling employee complaints, managing grievance procedures and facilitating counseling in conjunction with other functional.
- Investigating and resolving complex or critical employee relations issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Collating and analysing employee feedback across all levels on a regular basis and revising people programs and policies to generate more positive outcomes.
- Manage and deploy HRM strategies and operation plan supporting manufacturing process including recruitment activities to support manpower planning of the responsible plant, coordinate with Talent Acquisition Center for overall of recruitment strategy deployment and implementation.
- Closely coordinate with Talent Management function with overall management of employee development, succession planning, training and development for basic skill both technical and non-technical based on employee’s training needs and training master plan.
- Work closely with Line Manager as a Business Partner in employee’s promotion, demotion, and transfer and exchange headcount within the plant and cross plant.
- Responsible for managing and control of HR overall operation process to ensure with the company’s internal auditing policies. Coordinate with Internal Auditor for monthly quarterly and annually internal auditing process.

- Communicating to keep update the safety finding often about safety: safety talk, injury prevention the objective and target achievement.
- Support & assisting in Safety activity and initiative: AMS, Safety Plant Tour.
- Conduct Risk Assessment on activities within their department ensuring that the methods and systems of work are safe. Also that the necessary procedures, rules and regulations designed to achieve this are formulated, published and applied.
Qualifications (Education, Skills, and Experiences)
- Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Human Resources Management, of which at least 5 years of experience in Management Level.
- Experience in multinational company with over 1,000 employees would be advantaged.
- Effective written & oral communications, dispute resolution listening, presentation, group facilitation; influencing, thorough understanding of negotiation techniques.
- Knowledge the computerized systems for word processing, spreadsheet applications and data bases to retrieve and analyze data and/or create reports.
- Can do attitude & Positive Thinking, Leadership demonstrated, creative problem-solving skills and good team playing.
- Good command of spoken and written English
