You will collaborate with project, operations managers, and architects to establish strong partnerships with the client's business teams. This involves a deep understanding of the client's business goals, fostering rapport and trust. You will play a crucial role in translating both business and technical requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria. This translation ensures a cohesive understanding and alignment across diverse cross-functional teams involved in the project. • Sound working knowledge of the Now Platform and core architecture and IT Service Management modules, including Service Catalog, Incident, Change, CMDB, Asset Management, Service Level, Knowledge, Mobile Agent, and Self-Service Portal • Conduct thorough requirements gathering, asking the right questions to stakeholders, including tower owners, business unit managers, subject matter experts, and end user testers. • Employs various methods, including unstructured and structured interviews, prepared documents or questionnaires, document review, observation, and prototyping. • Translate business and technical requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria, ensuring a common understanding across cross-functional teams. • Validate and confirm responses, ensuring no room for misinterpretation after requirements gathering. • Collaborate with managers and architects to establish partnerships with business teams to ensures a deep understanding of the client's business goals and requirements. • Assist in managing and executing testing activities, ensuring that solutions meet requirements and quality standards. Qualifications: • 2 year of related experience • 1+ year of experience as ServiceNow Business Analyst • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator • ServiceNow Micro-Certification • Strong understanding of ITSM processes and best practices. • Experience with ServiceNow integrations (REST API, SOAP, etc.).
