Boeing Global Services is seeking a Market Intelligence and Analytics Analyst to join our dynamic Cabin, Modifications and Maintenance marketing team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Analysis & Insight Generation:
    • Analyze and interpret sales, marketing, and pricing data to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities.
    • Develop and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate insights effectively.
  • Market Research & Strategy:
    • Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and customer preferences.
    • Collaborate with finance to create accurate sales forecasts and revenue projections.
  • Performance Optimization:
    • Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to evaluate the success of sales and marketing initiatives.
    • Recommend process improvements and data-driven strategies to enhance sales and marketing performance, working closely with product marketers to refine and execute go-to-market strategies.
  • Leadership & Communication:
    • Lead a team of subject matter experts to develop and execute comprehensive marketing communication plans.
    • Oversee the creation of key messaging, digital strategies, event preparation, collateral development, and other customer-facing deliverables.
      • Present insights and recommendations to senior executives and C-suite leaders, influencing key business decisions and strategic direction.
  • Innovation & Growth:
    • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in business intelligence and data analytics to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options.  This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
  • Proven experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or a similar role, with a focus on sales, marketing, and pricing analytics.
  • Demonstrated experience in marketing planning, strategy, and execution.
  • Strong skills in collecting, organizing, analyzing, and disseminating large volumes of information with precision and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
  • Experience with SQL for data manipulation and analysis.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information to diverse audiences, including executives.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 5 or more years of relevant work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Master’s degree in a related field.
  • Proven track record of working closely with sales teams and product marketers to shape strategic initiatives.

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 9 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD+4 years' related work experience, Master+7 years' related work experience, 13 years' related work experience, etc.).

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 14 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD+9 years' related work experience, Master+12 years' related work experience, 18 years' related work experience, etc.).

Average Pay Summary: $118,150 - $159,850

                                           $150,450 - $203,550
