Northrop Grumman Defense Systems is seeking an Associate Program Cost/Schedule Analyst to partner with Program Management through the preparation, reporting, and in depth analysis of actual, Indicated Final (IF), Annual Operating Plan (AOP), and Long Range Strategic Plan (LRSP) financials. This position is in a fast paced, strategic growth area that will require excellent time management and prioritization skills. It is located in Oklahoma City, OK.

Responsibilities include:

  • Estimate at Completion (EAC) preparation and analysis.
  • Treasury/cash flow forecasting.
  • Prepare intercompany work order (IWO) request form, establish and revise IWO as needed.
  • Project cost structure set-up and management; adherence to company policies, procedures and internal controls; and special projects as assigned.
  • Set up cost control system, monitor and control costs and schedules.
  • Prepare budgets and schedule for contract work and perform and/or assist in financial analyses such as funding profiles, sales outlook, and variance analysis.
  • Ensure adequate funding availability by maintaining accurate records of expenditures, directing preparation of expenditure projections, and submitting timely requests for additional funding to the government.
  • Able to communicate effectively and clearly present technical approaches and findings.
  • Tracking repair assets from induction, to repair/overhaul/scrap, to DD 250 submission, to billing, and cash collections.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant financial analysis experience with High School Diploma
  • MS-Office (Excel Knowledge a must).
  • Strong communications skills, self-starter.
  • Laser-focused attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to obtain a Secret security clearance if required.
  • US Citizenship required

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance and/or Accounting discipline.
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to multitask are significant advantages.
  • SAP / S4 experience
  • MS-Office (Advanced Excel Knowledge).
  • MS-Project Knowledge

Salary Range: $48,700.00 - $73,100.00

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
