Your Opportunity at ARC’TERYX:

As the Senior Manager, People Projects, you are responsible for leading and executing strategic People and Culture (P&C) initiatives that align with the organization’s long-term talent and business objectives. You will lead a team of high-performing Project Managers to drive the successful delivery of P&C projects, programs, and initiatives, from workforce planning and talent management to employee engagement and organizational transformation. Collaborating with P&C and cross-functional teams, you will ensure that all P&C projects across the entire project portfolio are completed on time, within scope and budget, and aligned to our long-term strategic plan. You will also drive evolution in the way we work, helping create standardized and scalable project management processes and tools that improve cross-functional collaboration, workflows, and project delivery.

This role is based out of our North Vancouver office and is open to hybrid remote work. Candidates must be eligible to work in Canada.

The People Operations team leads strategy, operations and project management for the People & Culture department. We execute our annual plan and create the conditions for people, partnerships and work to thrive. This team is the conduit between People & Culture programs and projects, and our cross-functional partners - enabling growth and scaling our capabilities to achieve our business goals. We create and implement standard operating principles to ensure a consistent experience for our working teams. We work in close partnership with our cross-functional partners within People & Culture, and across the organization.
