Job Summary
Reporting to the Sr Manager, the coordinator will serve on the Lift Zones team within the Comcast Cable DEI Team. In this tactical role, the coordinator will work to implement Lift Zone strategic plan and manage short- and long-range projects with associated tasks, timelines, and methods of measurement.Job Description
Core Responsibilities:
Manages business partnerships that promote the overall Lift Zone strategy and digital equity activities and goals.
Manages day-to-day Lift Zone program activities and serves as liaison to internal partners and external vendors.
Develops and executes macro and tactical strategies that enhance Lift Zone use, functionality and value to both community partners and Comcast.
Leads and manages the intake and request process for Technology Empowerment program reviewing, approving and fulfilling requests in coordination with our warehouse partner.
Work directly with region leads to ensure updated branded collateral is in place and assembled properly for Lift Zones across Comcast footprint.
Manages administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings, briefings, and developing materials specific to business partners and key internal audiences.
Partner with internal stakeholders to develop and execute ongoing research to evaluate Lift Zone impact and make recommendations on future initiatives
Serve as the lead for Cybergrants tool in partnership with broader Impact and Inclusion team.
Collaborates with internal stakeholders on business plan creation and evolution to partner in driving growth and support our digital equity goals.
Supports new and existing vendor management including monitoring, reviewing, and tracking outcomes.
Identifies and executes opportunities to drive impact and achieve program efficiency.
