Job Description

Note: This position is remote and candidates may reside anywhere in the US.

Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and dynamic AI Developer to join our team. As an AI engineer, you will play a critical role in harnessing the power of AI to drive innovation and solve complex problems in the domain of radio systems design. This is an exciting opportunity to work with an emerging technology that is revolutionizing various industries.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement AI solutions, leveraging your expertise in successfully implementing AI or LLM (Machine Learning Models).
  • Collaborate closely with software developers and architects to ensure seamless integration of AI solutions into existing systems.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and analyze business requirements and design AI solutions that meet those needs.
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of AI systems, making recommendations for improvements and optimizations.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies in AI, and actively contribute to the company's technical growth and innovation.

Preferred skills/knowledge:

  • Experience implementing AI or LLM (Machine Learning Models) in real-world applications.
  • Strong knowledge of AI technologies, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Basic understanding of software development principles and experience working closely with developers, architects, and IT.
  • Proficiency with Python and experience with other languages like JavaScript, C#, C++.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex business requirements and design AI solutions accordingly.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.

Basic Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree (Computer Science or Data Science or similar technical discipline) and 5+ years of engineering, IT or similar technical experience

  • OR 7+ years of engineering, IT or similar technical experience

  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required. Employer work permit sponsorship is not available for this position.
