The Opportunity
For our Abbott Diabetes Care Division ADC we are looking for an experienced professional to join our commercial team in Slovenia as a Product Manager.
The purpose of this role is to prepare, implement and execute marketing strategy of ADC products, delivering sales target and awareness level.
What You'll do:
- Marketing strategy preparation.
- Content marketing strategy preparation & implementation.
- Preparation of marketing message and marketing materials (offline).
- Monitoring and evaluation of marketing plans KPI.
- Budget management (A&P budget planning & analysis).
- Cooperation with Sales force.
- Cooperation with digital agencies, advertising agencies, event agencies and other stakeholders.
- Accountability for Slovenian sales reporting including regular data uploads and providing monthly reports and KPIs reports.
Required qualifications and background:
- 5 years of prior experience in marketing/product management positions (diabetes, pharma, cosmetics or chemistry preferred).
- Fluent spoken and written English plus Slovenian is a must.
- PC literacy, familiarity with word processing, and presentation graphics software applications, MS Excel usage and skills.
- Understanding of marketing, brand, market background.
- Ability to understand organization and find synergies across functions, divisions an affiliate.
- Ability to build relationships and work in project team, trust and influence with internal clients and other key stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational skills. Strong project management skills. Keen awareness and adherence to timelines.
- Ability to create value for the Customer and clearly define and communicate the opportunity or issue that needs to be analyzed, applying solid understanding of marketing tools and methodologies.
- Goal-orientated, project-orientated, and achievement-orientated.
