What You’ll Do?
- Develop and execute ASO strategies that boost traffic, improve rankings, and increase conversion rates.
- Ensure that all white hat SEO strategies are implemented to increase traffic & engagement while increasing keyword rankings.
- Work with designers, developers, content marketers and product teams to create compelling, user-friendly store and website assets.
- Perform site SEO audits with crawling tools, identify SEO problems and implement solutions in a timely manner.
- Conduct keyword research and refine app metadata to maximize visibility and performance.
- Day to day monitoring of web and app organic performance.

Who You Are?
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field (preferably a master's degree),
- At least 5 years of professional experience in CRM management,
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (Excel, Tableau, Amplitude, Mixpanel, SQL, etc.),
- Have an experience about establish and usage about on-premise CRM tools,
- Customer-centric thinking and problem-solving skills,
- Ability to plan and implement strategic initiatives,
- Strong analytical skills in data-driven decision-making and customer segmentation,
- Proven success in achieving customer satisfaction and loyalty goals,
- Ability to adapt to a flexible and fast-paced work environment,
- Capability to respond quickly to changing customer needs,
- Proactive and results-oriented work approach,
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously,
- Commitment to prioritizing customer satisfaction at all times.
