Job description:
The Marketing Manager is responsible for creating and implementing a year-round Marketing program that helps build up the Artefact brand, drive maximum exposure and recognition within the China Data and Digital Marketing space, and support in driving new business leads in collaboration with Commercial Team.

Responsibilities:

  1. Marketing program strategic planning and implementation
  2. Marketing and promotions materials development
  3. Identification of events, conferences, and other opportunities the company can participate in to drive brand exposure and business leads
  4. Staying abreast on constantly changing digital marketing news, trends and technologies to ensure competitiveness of the company against its competitors.
  5. Article branded article/PR writing and distribution
  6. Liaise with agencies/suppliers to implement the Marketing program efficiently and effectively
  7. Establish and maintain excellent relationships with strategic partners internally and externally

Requirements/Qualifications:

  1. Background in Marketing or Community Relations;
  2. Minimum 5 years work experience in Marketing for leading multi-national company or 4A ad agency preferred
  3. Outgoing and approachable personality
  4. Enjoys networking and relationship development
  5. Flexible and adaptable, able to balance and (re)prioritize multiple tasks
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  7. Excellent Microsoft Office software skills
  8. Good English communication skills

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • At least 5 years of social marketing experience, with hands on experience in Wechat marketing campaigns and Wechat management
  • Be familiar with Wechat backend
  • Proven multi-channel marketing expertise – with a heavy emphasis on online and direct to consumer marketing
  • Solid experience on Wechat SCRM (segmented post, membership programs) highly preferred
  • Proven experience developing value propositions for consumers – whether through product, marketing campaign or loyalty program development
  • Experience in effective consumer communication including creative strategy and messaging
  • Strong analytic skills , very good at insights finding
  • Strong leadership, creativity & innovation, and priority-setting
  • Negotiation and partner management skills
  • Good written and oral English and Mandarin communication skills
  • Self-motivated, results-driven with excellent attention to detail
