The Opportunity:
- CACI has an opportunity for a Program Manager in Ashburn, VA, providing logistics support to the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) on the Warehouse and Logistics Management Services contract to help sustain and secure networks used by warfighters.
- From a career perspective, this program can provide opportunity for upward and lateral mobility, by moving up to positions of increased responsibility or moving laterally across the company.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a small logistics support contract.
- Meet program financial, quality and growth objectives.
- Responsible for ongoing performance of the program and meeting prime contractor objectives.
- Interact with corporate support resources (FSOs, Facilities, HR, Security, Risk Management, etc.) to ensure effective program support.
- Establish and maintain contracts to support warehouse operations.
- Ensure compliance with Export control requirements.
- Support the Prime Contractor by serving as lead for the team responsible for program-directed procurements and tracking and reporting program costs related to warehouse operations.
- Provide oral and written briefs, presentations, and professional reports to company, prime contractor, and government senior leaders and decision makers.
- Support organization business development, capture objectives, and proposal development as directed.
- Support other organization programs as directed.
- Travel to CONUS locations, typically in the National Capital Region.
- Support on-site Prime contractor personnel with corporate onboarding and IT equipment and resources.
- Provide after hours on-call support for building security alerts.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Ability to obtain an Interim Secret clearance prior to start date.
- Minimum 10 years of experience required.
- PMP or equivalent certification.
- Expertise in project/program management, which includes running projects/programs for a government customer.
- Experience managing and leading personnel.
- Advanced knowledge and skills in logistics, logistics support and COMSEC support with an understanding of the impact of work on other areas of the organization.
- Practical experience using Microsoft Office/Office 365 applications.
- Intermediate-level expertise with Microsoft Excel.
Desired:
- Database and SharePoint experience.
- Knowledge of Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) policy and procedures.
- Knowledge of NSA COMSEC policy and procedures.
- Strong background in warehousing equipment and safety.

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$102,900 - $216,200
