About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and talented API Commercialization manager to join our Digital Strategy and API acceleration, within Digital Business in Business Development & Strategy.

Being conscious of key modern technologies (mainly API), the successful candidate will help to drive adoption and usage of Swift platform assets over API, including Community APIs, and the development of joint value proposition Swift/Complementors in the context of the Payments Experience Initiative.

The candidate will handle technical conversations with technology, business, operations and product teams and will support other stakeholders in the discussions with the business areas.

All this with attention to detail and high standard in terms of quality, and being an outside-in thinker.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with key internal or external (clients and partners) stakeholders in assigned products and services within the Portfolio of Swift
  • Close collaboration with the regional teams, with focus on key players to grow and enrich the ecosystem
  • Represent Swift and promote the company’s portfolio through participation in meetings, and workshops, business forums and conferences
  • Provide regular market, client and partner feedback to Product, Strategy, and commercial teams
  • Facilitating awareness, education and equipment to the BD teams, collaterals preparation and directly or indirectly engaging with clients and partners about: capabilities, portfolio (including real use cases and stories), and explaining the value and how to embrace it. Ecosystem and partners are key
  • Defining Community and Ancillary API adoption objectives and follow-up with commercial and GTM teams

Qualifications:

  • Commercial skills are highly valued
  • Fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to write compelling and concise PowerPoint presentations
  • Excellent stakeholder management with influencing skills
  • Collaborative team worker, well organised, able to work autonomously, and a growth mind-set mentality
  • Transactional Business understanding and experience with Swifts products and services
